Monitoring of the geological environment and ensuring the ecological safety of the Arctic shelf

Since 1995, FSBI «VNIIOkeangeologia» has been carrying out geoecological studies and work to determine the background state of the geological environment in the coastal shallow waters and the banks of the White, Barents, Kara, Okhotsk and Japanese seas. Since 2012, the monitoring of the state of the subsoil of the coastal shelf zones has been carried out.
